Transactional Filing – stores important information such as acord forms, binders, ID cards, documents, scanned images, and receipts by Insured, and storage date. Access and view/print documents by customer & date range, or all customers for particular date range.
Acord processing – Contains most non state specific P & C acord forms plus specific Texas forms. Allows you to view and fill in the actual Acord form image. Ability to store and retrieve completed forms. Provides ability to email acord forms. Contains Certificate Holders feature allowing Insurance Certificates and Binders to be printed for multiple certificate holders simultaneously.
Imaging – capture or scan documents for your customers. Multiple document scanning feature allows you to scan multiple documents at a time using the automatic document feed feature of your twain compliant scanner. Ability to scan multiple documents for single or multiple customers during single scanning session. Uses Transactional Filing feature to store and later retrieve documents.
Word Processing – Ability to compose and print letters using ARS’s easy to use word processing feature. Many features of Microsoft Office Word are included. (RTF word processing).
Auto Liability ID card processing for Texas and other states requiring ID cards.
Email Letters, ID Cards, Receipts, Binders, Acord forms, and other saved documents to your customers.
Uses several E Mail facilities - Outlook, MAPI compliant, Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, smtp compliant email facility.
Email Marketing - Prepare file of customer emails in Microsoft Office Outlook format used in creating distribution lists for mass email. The "CSV" format is supported by other email systems such as Mozilla's Thunderbird® and Google's GMail™. Also may be imported to Microsoft Office Excel for further filtering. Also compatible with the Constant Contact® software program.
Password feature – Ability to limit access to customer information plus several levels of permissions for your CSR’s. This includes ability to add, change, and delete customer information.
Audit Feature monitors customer activity, such as adding, deleting, and changing customer, policy, and payment information. Optional feature to require Office Administrator approval for changes to payment information. Restricts access to audit information to Office Administrator.
Special features for agencies processing payments and accepting monies from customers. This includes payment reports by company, operator, payment types, etc. Receipts are serialized and stored in the Transactional filing feature of the software. Also, administrator alerts for unusual or questionable payment activity, such as payment deletion, or payment and/or fee amount alterations after receipt has been printed for insured.
Agent and Producer Commission processing and reports.
Extensive set of reports, including lists, mail merge, and Name Address printing. Several reports designed for cross marketing, e.g. customers with no policy types. For example, customers with selected policy types but no policies with other policy types. Includes expiration / renewal lists.
Document manager – In addition to the document scanning facility, you can browse your computer and other computers on your local area network for documents and store under a particular customer. This uses our transactional filing feature plus a document tab when you are viewing a particular customer or prospect. It handles many different file types including PDF, Word, Text, JPEG, and Excel spread sheets, and makes a copy of the original document. You may then select and view any of these documents at a later time. Also, you can modify the word, excel, JPEG, and Text documents.
Internet access from within software - Also, you may directly access your companies’ internet sites directly from within the Policy and Payment Tabs. This might be needed to obtain policy numbers, effective and expiration dates and other information. Also, download PDF documents to a staging area for moving under a particular customer.
Bridge – Includes bridging from the ITC Turbo web based comparative rater. Add new customers or update existing insured name/address, household names, and vehicle information from the ITC rater.
Allows capturing unlimited number of Customers, Names, Policies, Payments, Notes, Acord Forms, Diaries, X-Dates and Documents for your customers. Also Contact and Internal Notes facilities.
